LOUSTALOT
Located in a 1950s house in Anglet, this apartment underwent a complete renovation.
Having never been renovated before, the original layout consisted of small, poorly arranged spaces. The rooms were cluttered and lacked natural light.
The interior architecture introduces a new layout aligned with the clients’ brief, opening up and restructuring the space. All volumes have been redefined through a comprehensive renovation. Exterior joinery has been replaced, and the entire electrical and plumbing systems have been upgraded. All floors and walls have been fully refurbished.
The newly designed entrance now leads to a fully equipped kitchen with a central island, opening onto a spacious living and dining area. A small office space has been integrated within this continuity. A large concealed sliding door allows the area to be closed off when needed. Beige polished concrete flooring extends across these spaces, highlighting the walnut used in the kitchen and furnishings.
The night area includes two bedrooms, one of which is a master suite with its own bathroom and dressing room.
This interior renovation meets the demands of everyday living, modernizes the spaces, and brings harmony to the whole while preserving the character of the property.
